What should I bring on a guided walk?
We send detailed packing lists after booking confirmation. Generally, you'll need appropriate footwear, layered clothing, sun protection, and a water bottle. Specific requirements vary by route and season.
Are your routes suitable for beginners?
We offer routes across all difficulty levels. Family Nature Walks and some Guided Lake Trail Tours are designed for beginners and those with limited hiking experience. We're honest about difficulty ratings to ensure you choose appropriately.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made more than 14 days before your scheduled experience receive a full refund. Cancellations between 7-14 days receive a 50% refund. Weather-related cancellations initiated by us result in full refunds or rescheduling at no additional cost.
Do you provide transportation to trailheads?
Transportation is included for some experiences and available as an add-on for others. Details are provided during the booking process based on your selected route.
