Booking and Reservations
Submission of a booking request through our website does not constitute a confirmed reservation. All bookings are subject to availability and formal confirmation by Ravine-falcon. We reserve the right to decline booking requests or modify scheduled experiences due to safety concerns, weather conditions, or other factors.
Participant Responsibilities
Participants in our wilderness experiences are responsible for:
- Accurately representing their physical fitness level and any health conditions that may affect participation
- Following safety instructions provided by guides
- Bringing appropriate equipment and clothing as specified in pre-trip information
- Respecting environmental guidelines and Leave No Trace principles
- Behaving in a manner that does not endanger themselves or others
Assumption of Risk
Outdoor wilderness activities carry inherent risks including but not limited to injury, illness, or property damage. By participating in our experiences, you acknowledge these risks and agree to assume responsibility for your own safety. Participants should maintain appropriate personal insurance coverage.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellations made more than 14 days before scheduled experiences are eligible for full refunds. Cancellations between 7-14 days receive partial refunds as specified in booking confirmations. Ravine-falcon reserves the right to cancel experiences due to weather, safety concerns, or insufficient participation, in which case full refunds will be provided.
